Offered for sale are Overland Models brass N scale Milwaukee Road rib-sided bay window cabooses.
These are brand new, unpainted, in the box. I do not recall ever removing them from factory wrappings.
There are two types:
#2828 "Drop center" truck side frames.
These were used on all new ribbies 1949 and later.
#2829 "Straight" truck side frames.
Used from 1939 until 1949 when the drop center style was introduced.
(This style actually pre-dates the rib side bay window cabooses.)
These lasted until cabooses were sent to the scrap yards and relegated to being old memories.
